Returns
You can return most new and unopened items within 35 days of delivery for a refund.* Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and may be subject to a partial refund, if it has been used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. Returns may be subject to you, the customer, paying for the return Shipping & Handling, as well as a restocking fee - up to 25% for non-defective items. Please note if item is returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) additional charges may apply.

Exchanges
You can exchange most new and unopened items within 35 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All exchange items will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking fee.

No items may be returned or exchanged after 35 days.

if you purchased the item and received a free shipping promotion you will be credited back your order less a restocking fee.

To apply for a return or exchange, please send us a detailed email and an associate will review your file right away. In order to help you properly we request that you be as descriptive as possible when using our contact us form. Please DO NOT SEND back items prior to receiving a special return approval issued by an associate.

* Expect to receive the refund within 2-3 weeks from DOWNLITE receiving your return. Please allow for shipping and handling time when completing a return or exchange.
